Reviews for "Sonic RPG eps 6"

impresive

I am a big fan of sonic rpg and i put you on my favorite artist because of this series. You have a lot of talent. I love movie/game style and i have played almost all sonic game.

Graphics: It is good sprites and background are well done too.

Style: Like i told u, i love movie/game style and the storie is original.

Sound: Sometime the music stop playing and the sound were repetetive. But at least there were voices.

Violence: There was a lot of battle but no blood.

Interactivity: We are in control of the battle and have a lot of choice for the action. It is good but you could have put button so we can control the text speed.

Humor: There was no humor, it was pretty serious but it better like that sometime.

Overall: It a good series and i hope i on't hve to wait to long for the episode 7 i will giv you a score of 5!!!!!

Good job.

The boss just requires strategy

First of all, that guy below me is a moron. He gives this flash a 0 just because it didn't load on his computer? lmfao.

Anyway, to beat Robotnik, it's not that hard, it just required a bit of strategy.
First of all, don't go using G. Beam all the time. It wastes too much SP and doesn't do as much damage if you make a comparison with Triple Shot's SP cost and damage. While Triple Shot costs 95 SP and causes 800~900 damage, G. Beam costs 470 (almost 5x the cost of Triple Shot) and causes around 2k damage (not even triple the damage of Triple Shot).
Also, don't heal all the time, just heal when you're REALLY low on HP. And cast Protect on the beginning of the battle.

I made a specific guide for beating Robotnik:
- Battle starts, cast Protect.
- Robotnik attacks, cast Protect again.
- By this point, Robotnik will start charging the Master Emerald. He charges for two turns, then unleashes it. During this two turns, attack with Triple Shot (do NOT use G. Beam and do NOT use attack spells, save your MP for Healer).
- Now the Master Emerald will be protected again and you should be low on HP, so cast Healer.
- He'll use his missile attacks and fire blasts for two turns, then he'll start charging the Master Emerald again. While the Master Emerald is protected, use NORMAL ATTACKS, DO NOT WASTE SP OR MP SINCE YOUR DAMAGE WON'T BE AS GREAT AS IT COULD BE IF YOU ATTACK THE MASTER EMERALD DIRECTLY.
- Only when the Master Emerald is being charged, attack with Triple Shot. After you're hit with Master Emerald's charged beam, you should be low on HP again, so cast Healer once more.
- Keep doing this until he's finished. Pretty simple: Protect twice at the beginning of the battle, attack with Triple Shot when the Master Emerald is unprotected, attack with normal attacks when it's protected, cast Healer after you're hit with the charged beam of the Master Emerald.

And you're good!

Nice job, man.

Honestly, huge thanks to @MonoXD and @Kiorka for their reviews. Without them I wouldn't have beaten this game. 7 year old me never would've thought of using the Protect ability, then using normal attacks, then using the G. Beam and Purple Vortex abilities when the Master Emerald is exposed, then healing right after getting attacked by the charged attack, then repeating all that.
