Funtastically okay
Pretty schnazzy, made me happy. And for that, I hate you. No j/k, yah but it was cool. But Short. Too Short. made me cry 4 the shortness... yes. Laser breath...

but yes way to short, liked to music, but it was to short. The rocket was awesome, but the movie was to short.....lol but it was good none the less.
my sugestions...
add arms legs and when he moves make him hop.you dont need to have "idea apeer. the light bulb is enough. were not dumb. or well most of us.i hae no idea how a can of carrots will create the spontanneous idea of moon bound rockets. also make it longer. i know its "to be continued. but that is still to short. not terrible but not great.
Potential!
While its clear you are new to flash, what with the highly simplistic designs and your characters having no arms or legs, and just hand floating in the air, you definitelty have a few things right!
The idea was cute, and despite the crude drawings, you got the EMOTIONS of the character across, which is what's important in animation.
You also used some rather dynamic camera angles there for something so crudely drawn.
I'd say if you keep working at it, you could very well make something fantastic in not too long.
p.s.
Its also good to credit the musician who made the music for your flash. That was catchy music and I'm sure others (including myself) would love to know where its from.
