at the start, the animation was a little.. jerky? but the humor made up for it, and for a first released flash its amazing compared to say... two things just bouncing around, all black and white.. anywho, work a little bit on smoothing things out, and im sure you'll do great.

the only mistakes i noticed was when the guy came in after throwing his sword at the guy, he was hold a sword will his was in the guy (unless he had 2 swords) and the blood splatter on the wall before the henchman fired the other henchman. it is definitely not trash worthy, but i don't see it winning an academy award. in other words, it was kinda good.

The frame rate seems to be too low. For your next flash, you'll want to up the framerate for smoother movement. Other than that, it's a pretty convincing madness movie! Good job!

Yea, my fps was 13.0, next time I'm using 30 fps.
