The art on this was notbad kinda cute and entertaining, the characters were neat, as was the animation, Reduce the file size so that it doesnt take loads of time to download, look for areas to compress, maybe the intense graphics or the audio needs to be cut, but whatever the case try and compress it. So work on the size it would be fine.

Ok so first i've already seen this flash movie and does'nt really look like you changed anything xcept for a few details here and there. I would put your work into making that conclusion instead of revising wuts already there 0_o..
And ya... counter strike is not an original idea and i've seen so many flash's based off of it.... i hate it wen ppl submit flash's with no original idea xcept for one that some1 else came up with and it gets in the top 5 of the day cuz every1 gives it a good score cuz they can relate to it...
