Resident Evil on the Gamecube, man that game looks realistic and it scares the shit out of me. I can't play it over long times because its so scary

Yes the road to fiddlers green did indeed suck ass, but George A. Romero had naught to do with this title.
Because, he is working on another. It will be next gen, is called City of the Dead, and has most of the elements that you described as missing.
Hordes of zombies.....check
Infectious bites.....check (In multiplayer, you will change into a zombie and chase down your team mates)
The gun firing zombies.....check (random shots since they can't aim)
and the best part?
Rag doll physics!!
Smash a zomibe onto the top end of a see saw, and the one clambering over the lower end will go flying!!
I can't wait for this game to come out sometime next year.
