Okay, what is the idea here? There is almost no storyline. Also, What is the guy doing? What are both of the guys doing, in fact? It's not funny at all. The drawing isn't too bad, though.

Well as a drawing style, that is realy well animated, but it is such a crapy idea it aint even funny. would like to see you use this drawing for somthing of a good story.
