A great start
I am new to flash and old to newgrounds, so i can tell this is very well made and i can also tell you that you are now my favorite artist because i can make movies now thanks alot. I know that any new person to flash can use this to understand the basics, you rock!

gr8 tutorial... but can i ask do u use this flash to make games? im interested in makin a point n clik game, but most tutrials i seen are about movies not games
Good tutorial
Was quite informative and the interactivity was a nice touch. Shame none of the things that it told me to do worked since I have Adobe Flash CS3. Whenever I make a new symbol and click "OK" the whole page goes blank and I have to go to Edit>Undo Enter Edit Mode and When you say to select frame 10 it doesn't let me and there is no Set>Keyframe either. :( Not your fault It's just that I got the dumb program instead of Macromedia flash or whatever it is.
