Looks like Chucky from the RugRats. Nice noir though... somehow.. it reminds me of Kafka's "Metamorphosis."
Great line work and interpretation for something black and white. Kind of frightening though and it sort of creeps me out. The actual character design seems just a little bit sloppy (hand perspective for example), but it was a unique concept so good job.
