Not good at all
Hey guess what! I've had scarier bowel movements then what this game delivered. Bad grapics, Bad idea, Stupid puzzles, And of course NOT SCARY!!!!!! You failed at what you were trying to get the most.

this games fun except im stuck at the part with the ropes, i havent used the guide but can u tell me were it is?
Its bring back memories of ShadowGate.
I actualy like games in this vein for some reason...I don't know why. Anyway you get kudos for doing that, and the graphics are nice save for any Fredys you draw. And the atmosphere is very good too, you don't try to do cheap scares in the game.
Now the one thing that kills this game are the numerical pad puzzles, frankly I couldn't complete the game without your guide. It wasn't until I went through the game a second time that I found that something was written on the skull. In my haste I missed the four or five red dots you have on it to let people know there was something there. Not only that you make people click on the dots to get the hint text, otherwise you get text that has no meaning to going futher. Thus like the boards under the kitchen sink, I discarded the cracked skull text as a "red herring." That being said I never found a hint to the computer puzzle. Was I suppose to know the Freddy movies before to get that?
Overall a good game, all you need are some improvments on puzzle hint layouts and some improvemt to your mouse detection. (i.e. When I used a hammer on one puzzle I had to get the tip of the hammer head on it, I couldn't use the entire thing.)
A great improvement
I really liked this game alot more then Elm street, but i got stuck in this one, even when following your walkthrough, i had the lighter and the weed, but i was unable to find the TV or the shed where the lighter supposeidly lights up, i found one dark room but the lihter did nothing, help anyone?
Cool
Great Game. But nomatter what i did i just could not get the lighter. I pulled the left rope in the left room, the right rope in the right room and pressed the middle button but the lighter was nowhere to be seen.
