Arrogancy's had graphics good music sound fx and effort and I am gonna tell u this I was 12 and doing better graphics than that of course I am 14 now but dont get mad I am not trying to be rude

Okay... right, well, first off... no. It isn't better than Arrogancy's. And it didn't help to claim it was... it doesn't exactly put you in the best light... no offense. But it doesn't.
Anyhoo, on to business:
The graphics were... well... painful. The animation looked really wooden and sluggish, and completely unnatural - the perfect example is when Mario throws Sonic. His shoulder must have been KILLING after pulling that motion. And... well, to be fair, I've seen worse attempts at drawing Sonic and Mario... although it could definitely use some improvement. There are plenty of artists out there who could help you out.
The style wasn't exactly original... it was of course yet another one of all the other Sonic vs. Mario movies out there. Sure, it wasn't done with sprites, but... maybe it should have been.
I'm not saying people shouldn't make Sonic vs. Mario movies, but they REALLY need to have something to distinguish them from the others, or it just isn't worth it. And this wasn't. And the 'too graphic to be shown' part was screaming out "I'm trying to be funny" but in reality said "I couldn't be bothered" or just "I couldn't".
I can't actually comment on the claims of joke-theft from the Brak show... never seen it. (Is that an American show? Poor me in lil' old Britain... lol)
And to repeat my first comment (it was the very first thing you did wrong - you REALLY have to start well, or you can kiss good reviews goodbye) - DON'T claim to be better than someone else. Ever. Even if God himself descends from on high to tell you. With yea's and verily's. Just don't.
