I love it!
Although the heads seem a bit oddly big to me. Is that in a purpose?
Also, the pistols seem a bit unfinished, a touch of black would have helped.

All in purpose, yes. About the guns, I only used Madness' references. The style is simple, but everyone here knows how big Madness became. It's a classic.

If i could, i would make a pixel game of madness with your art i would use photoshop to cut everything out around the characters and make sprites of it. 3 words IT IS AWESOME!
