I don't even know why, either. I didn't understand the story, but that isn't important anyway. This is a masterpiece. Great job. Oh, and the only thing that slightly ruined it was the cheering and stuff in the credits. It ruins the mood. Otherwise, great job.
Unique animation
Wow, i've never seen an animation with this style before. This is what newgrounds is about, new ideas, the music and the animation compliment each other fantastically well. I see a definate contast between the ordinary and the imaginary in this animation and it's played really well. The song is cute and at the same time, subdued and supressed. The ending of this animation is amazing, the celebration of music, colour, life and vitality.
By a strange coincidence, this song has a similar chord structure(albeit a completely different style) to José Gonzales' Heartbeats, which is currently used on the Sony Bravia Advert celebrating colour and vibrance.
