I agree, having the strap run up the forhead is a lot like Bane, well the newer version. We don't talk about the luchador days...
This reminds of Borderlands. The backgrounds and Bandits.....

That's one of the big reasons I'm super excited for the new Project Nexus game because I love wasteland worlds. Road Warrior, Fallout, Tank Girl, Borderlands, all the grunge and makeshift bandit costumes really appeal to me.
This is cool it looks like the main character was cut out form a piece of paper and pasted onto the background. Love the look.
