Ha well it was over before i could get into it, the effect of rain was nice though, you should add just abit more content to it maybe another character, even some more story leading up to why he was doing this.

It's very crude, blatant, and short. I liked it. I think your art could use some work. Otherwise it's not bad.

I mean, I think I know what you're going for, it's just that we know nothing about this guy and why he's killing himself. Without that, I have no emotions toward that except confusion
So he hangs himself.
aaaaand then what? if your friend hanged himself, this is an odd tribute to him (I'm just guessing due to the date of the person and the style of this... animation).
