I don't normally seek out country, but when I heard this in the Northern Incident I couldn't get it out of my head. It took me awhile to figure out where to find the song, Google was running dry on a search for the title until I hit on one link that took me back to Newgrounds. Then I figured out it was an audio portal song, which had me totally stoked since then I could get it without any fuss. I hate being illegal with songs and whatnot...

Anyways this song is just great! We all have those "Just hard times" days... or months, and this just speaks volumes to that. Especially since these are just hard times... and so catchy too.

Bro, I'm not gonna lie, when I heard this on The Northern Incident, I was like "WHO
THE FRICK SINGS THIS"!
Then I looked around for the mp3 but couldnt find it, but look at this, it's on the same site I heard it the first time.
Anyways! Imma be listening to this tomorrow when I wake up before the sun rises, and when it does, this will be playing. But yeah solid 10/10, wish I could give it more man.

Very Impressive - Dylanesque

Very cool song, it reminds me a lot of Dylan's early stuff, like Talkin' New York and Walkin' Down The Line. The lyrics "I ain't never had holes in my shoes" instantly reminded me of the lyrics of Walkin' Down The Line. It's cool of you to carry on the tradition of attempting to capture the strife of the common man, which in my opinion is the heart and soul of folk music. The current problems facing society certainly seem under-explored in music, and i think we need more well written songs like this one to reflect upon them. In summary, great song!
