All I can say is...
Wow. this is impressive. I love how you used a chibi type of artwork, and the outlining of the characters and such is really good. also, I love how you used classic Megaman to make this. you should really think about making another one of these, but with a different Megaman series. maybe Megaman X, Megaman ZX, or maybe Megaman Zero. my favorite scene is the one where Megaman gets attacked by the Robot Masters. and the animation of this is PERFECT. best of luck with your other flashes you're working on, and I really hope you're still as good as this flash proves you are.

great use of the powered up style, consistent style, and smooth animation. the use of the megaman history was good as well.
