Reviews for "Mind Your Manor"

Boring.

I didn't like it at all. Just boring and when you begin you really don't know what to do. Blah blah blah.

And the "Defend your Whatever" is starting to get pretty old.

waste

this game was time consuming but not fun, thus it was wasteful. i thought there wanst enough predictibility. now this is just me, there are probly plenty of other ppl out there that loved it. mayhaps you shouldve added something in like a 'defend your castle' type thing. ppl'd like dat i think, sim city mixed with defend your castle would rule

Hmmm... Just read below.

First time I played this, I read the instructions, they were so long and boring though! Not only that, but they made no sense at all!
You were like, "Ya, you can either hold the nail, then hammer it once, or put the nail in and hammer, and if you hammer, then it will level up and leveling up sometimes makes no sense, so you just have to screw around".
What I heard from this is that the combonations sometimes make no sense.

Ok, whatever, I decided to play anyways, even though I didn't really get it. I didn't get the first level too well, the graphics made no sense and everyone was naked. I didn't know what the panels where, not only what the symbols symbolized, but what I was supposed to do with them (y'know what I mean?).
Ok, but I played the first time, I didn't really get it, I restarted, then understood what was happening.
I beat it the first time, but it made no sense at all, why the hell did the islands "level up" everytime you put something on the map? WTF?

Whatever, I continued. The second level made no sense at all, I played 5 times, and it made no sense at all, if you do different combonations, sometimes things that would happen otherwise, don't, even if the variables have nothing to do with it. For example, in the second level, if you put on the man, then the cart, then the horse, then they all go together. But if you put the horse, the cart, then the man, they don't go all together.
And in the second level, if you trap the horse or something, then put the man on, before putting on the cart, then the man will upgrade his huts, AND make gardens. But if you put the cart too, even if the man doesn't go in, when he upgrades his huts, you don't get gardens.

So, this game is obviously not for logic, it was fun though... Kind of, I could only beat it with the walkthrough, realizing it made no sense.
Though I gave this "game" a low review score, I'm gonna give it a "4". Because it was mildly interesting, I dunno, I enjoyed it. Though the last level made NO SENSE AT ALL!

The trees would sometimes shoot water out, and sometimes not... And only in perfect circumstances would the castle continue to level up. And sometimes the leveling up would happen all at once, which threw off your guessing. For example, the cart in the second level levels up like 4 times, if you don't do it right, it only levels up 1 or 2 times, but if you do it right, then it levels up 3 times at once. Although thinking that you must level up the cart more, makes you place it earlier, screwing up the whole... Guessing session...

Hopefully that makes sense, but your game is kind of crappy. Although it has enourmous potential. Make another one, but have it be pure logic... Like Johnny Rocketfingers! Though on the first one, you must use a cat to beat up a huge bouncer... Instead of a crowbar...

But whatever, make another one, but make it so you must solve the puzzles using pure logic. Not just retarded, non sense making variables that makes no sense and has nothing to do with anything...

Yeah.

Hopefully that made sense.

confusing

the music in the first level was agonising...and the order that you placed that objects made no logical sense, you had to rely entirely on guessing
