crappy GROW ripoff

stealing ideas is fun

....i don't know...

alright i liked the general idea, the graphics could have been a LOT better. and the music got annoying after a while. mix it up a bit. it did take a lot of thinking which can be good but not when you get absolutely no idea of what is supposed to go with what. it's more of a guess and check than a logic game. overall i would have to say "in the middle" it wasn't good by any means, but it definitely wasn't bad. seemed rather...incomplete

Not very easy

Can take a bit of thinking which I like. That's what made it so fun.
Alot of logic in it and I like the music. oh, the naked people were funny too.

Not very fun for those of us with limited time...

Quoting guy before me, "I thought that this game was awesome!
All of you people saying, "Ohhh! NOTHING HAPPENS! I TRIED COMBINATIONS! THEY DONT WORK! THIS GAME SUCKS!"
That is only because you are retarted...try to do it right, and maybe it would work.....morons, do not vote low on a game, just because you're too stupid to use it to its potential....."

Great, I'm retarded. Yayness. First things first, I don't have nearly as much time to click EVERY combination until something goes right as you do. I do other things in my free time other than (and this is a beef I had with those pyschology games a while back) try and figure out SOMEONE else's way of doing it right.

Try to do it right, and maybe it'll work? Is that really what you said right after calling US morons? And yeah, retarded, with a d, not with a t. I'll lay off on mocking YOUR intelligence, with the mere pointing out that you did, in fact, use the its properly. Most people with your grasp of language prefer to use it's. Bravo.

If I wanted to play a game where I had to stretch my imagination to the limits of credibility, I'd play this game. If I wanted to play a game based on logical procession, I would not. It's that simple - if you have plenty of free time to try zany combinations, go for it.

As an example, level one. You build an island. Let that one roll on your tongue, then proceed. Now, you build (gack) a whirlpool, which causes the tiny lump of an island to break apart into multiple, yet same-sized, islands. Next, you lay down a buoy, which causes the isles to become a huge, singular island. Next, you lay down your boat, and lastly, you make a wind which causes you to go forward, miraculously skirting the whirlpool, and land on the island. Said whirlpool causes the pirates chasing you to crash and drown. Guess they, being long-time seafarers, just don't have anything on your own 'just escaped my kingdom and hopped on a boat' knowledge of what a buoy next to a giant whirlpool represents.

(Graphics) Not too great, but completely original, to the best of my knowledge.

(Style) I've never really seen anything QUITE like this, although games like "The Lusty Barfly" come to mind.

(Sound) The music, while okay, doesn't suit the gameplay, and it gets annoying after a while.

(Violence) I didn't watch the cutscenes, so I'm not sure how violent the game was, but the crashes and whatnot connotate violence.

(Interactivity) You have no choice in the game, you just click buttons until something goes right for a change.

(Humor) Naked men on boats trying to overthrow a tyrant king? Bah.

(Overall) This game isn't very fun, but if you like clicking buttons at random until you beat the level, and then boast-posting in the reviews about how incredibly smart you are, go at it. As for me, I'll read the 'cheats' and wonder if the sequence put together in the NEXT level makes any more sense.
