Zelda parodies at it's worst...
Or maybe not. It's not quite as worse as 'The Legend of Zelda' (a short clip made by a flash amateur which should - amazingly - be in the Zelda Madness collection). Still, that aside, Zelda's Quest is an astoundingly stupid flash movie. The drawings, animation and character colouring was really bad. The voice acting was passable though. Look, just don't bother watching this - I mean, anyone, please don't!

anybody can make better things? Well I'll have to wait and see when you make a flash animation and you prove to me you can make something better.
also, you voted 8 on graphics, so it was obviously everything else you didn't like, meaning that it's all really subjective, so better for you is different for better for everyone else. Take for example pretty much everyone who has loved this movie.
And it's not a matter of whether I can do better or not, but whether I can do "differently". This was merely a different style and a different kind of animation I was trying, and I will try others. It does not automatically mean one is better than the other. You may PREFER one over the other, but that's different.
Also, yeah, I could have made this video better, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement. If I spent the rest of my waking life working on it, I could produce a full length feature film that would blow this one out of the water, but hey, I have a life. You can't spend forever on an animation.. it never hits a point where magically it becomes the perfect complete animation. You just decide where you're happy with it and where you want to end it.

This is the crappest thing I have ever watched. This doesn't even have a plot or anything. It just a bunch of badly drawn characters doing random and stupid stuff. It's crap and pointless!

Example of a story:
In the late afternoon, Guelan the charteuse millipede traveled onward to Lake Simcoe in hopes of achieving his goal of competing in and winning the insect dancing competition. Along the way, he learned a lot about himself and the creatures he encountered had many important things to say that were pregnant with meaning. In the end when he finally arrived at his destination, he discovered that he didn't need to win the competition after all, because what he was seeking was in his heart all along. The end.
Example of what's not a story:
"The guy who runs the place is a little temperamental, especially about the ordering procedure. He's secretly referred to as 'the Soup Nazi.'"
"Why? What happens if you don't order right?"
"He yells and you don't get your soup."

nice try but i just cant say anything good about this at all... the jokes werent funny they were stupid, the movie was to short and made absolutely no sence and the artwork was just horrible.... i'm sorry but i simply can not give yo a good rating for this. i coulda been an ass and gave it a 0 but i can tell u did at least try which is why i gave it a 2 instead. try a little harder next time ok?

Hey that's alright, not everyone likes it, I have very mixed reviews which I find interesting. Surprisingly, I think it would be more useful to have people review themselves than review me. Hearing one grouping of people saying, "the jokes weren't funny and the artwork was terrible" isn't very constructive in helping me know what I COULD do to make this other audience happier. "Better" is a very subjective term in this regard, because I have some people who love this and wouldn't change a thing, and others that think it's so awful that the term "improvement" can only be applied to things that are remotely good to begin with!
So if I had my reviewers tell me about themselves, their likes, dislikes, what TV shows they're into, what kind of things they find humourous, or are they the kind of person that prefers drama, etc... Then I would be able to cater a little more toward personal tastes.
How about THAT Newgrounds? How about reviewers review themselves???
I can't please everybody, BUT, I can please certain groups of people individually and apart from one another...
