Reviews for "Attraction"

Ok for me

Pretty good game overall. The levels are challenging although there are a couple of issues that should be fixed. I got some buggy collisions and motion was at best erratic in a couple of cases. That said, I *did* have fun and I actually liked the fact that some levels were really tricky to get through so it's 7/10 4/5 for me.

.....wtf

horribly glitchy. when i put a bunch of repelling proton thingys the thing flys straight into them. was a BIG MISTAKE to leave out a instructions page. no stars for those 2 sole reasons. another reason it gots my bad remarks is cuz...i don't think a REAL physics engine was input or these glitches WON"T happen. mark my review as useless if you like but i still think this game is bad.

tricky play

it can get a little frustrating.

Hmm

Physics physics physics. Why do physics? It's going to fail. And that is what this game did, it was a bomb shell. Sometimes the game actually used physics, most of the time however...eh...

Let's take this example. I put a positive behind the ball, and it barely pushes it forward, I put a negative then a positive in the distance, somehow the ball FLIES over to the negative then jets off somewhere else. How come that happens? Then other times I'll move the negative closer, and it'll barely affect the ball. This game has it's flaws, it's too glitchy to take seriously. You'll get a 2 for graphics and animation, but please try and fix this.

Fun but Buggy

I was more than a little surprised to see some of the results I saw in this game--the proton can get accelerated so quickly it can teleport through walls in the stage. Placing a Proton directly on top of the proton to be steered generates odd results, like it shooting away so quickly as to go through walls. It's clearly an exploit--the game is supposed to be a maze management game, not a shoot a bullet through a wall and into the goal game.

The Game is otherwise well designed and challenging. In spite of its error, it is an enjoyable game with considerable skill, and it does work like magnetism. Just that Tunneling should not be a viable tactic.
