Nice that u came up with sumthin new

I gave it a 9 in style because ive never seen this sort of game on newgrounds. I cant give it higher in others because it wasnt at the peak of its potential. Make a 'dice rolling' sound, mabye make the snakes move when u use them, mabye a walking and climbing and sliding sound, and id give it at least a 4. Otherwise, i gave it a 3. Oh, and i dont kno if u wanted this or not, but the computer manage to beat me in one turn one time by getting 6's all the way to 100. Good game, but make it better and uve got a great game. Nice job.

not too bad, but needs sounds

I've never seen anything like this done with flash. It worked pretty well. Sounds would have made this a lot better, like, background music and some to the rolling of the die and falling down the stairs and so on. Graphics were plain but good enough, but the throwing of the die could be improved, it didn't look good. The concept of the game is good as a board game, but not as good as a computer game, because it's sheer luck. Though at some point I was sure the computer cheated... The snakes could maybe be shorter, I fell quite far down at some point. Anyway, adding something that the player has to do himself (apart from moving the counters) might be good. Snakes and ladders is a good board game, but not as good as a computer game, when I at least expect more interactivity. Still, add sounds and this would be quite good.
