Pretty good...
... but you need to work on your scoring system. I tried shooting only bullseyes (got 11 out of 12 and 1 95%) and scored about 700 points. Then I concentrated on minimizing my reaction time, and I scored 1900 points mostly hitting the targets in the perifery. (Dunno how to spell this in english, sorry). Thus, I think precision should count more than it does right now.
the best shooting game I have tried
easy to use inyerface and controls, looks pretty damn good, and works perfectly. the only thing needed is to increase it's variety, in every aspect. more playable modes, the most awesome thing wuld be to have a two'player mode where you try to shoot the target before the other one, and some rewards for excellence. also, to have more weapons and targets, most notably some moving ones, or ones that fire back. Just to give a few ideas, I will understand if you can't use them.

But you should make the normal mode longer and offer more weapons and such. Your interface is easier to use that some peoples, but the music was rather annoying.
