...Exactly until we reach the knees... Down there is just not so great.
I feel that the feet are too far each other and they're not so well drawn... the foot on the right looks like it's missing its heel.
So, if you crop the lower third of the image you'd get a 10? Well, almost... ¬v¬

For a submission called "Summer Cheer" her expression is pretty dull. There's also not too much dimension given too her. I can barely get a feel from this that stands out.
