I don't think the maker of this flash meant...
This to be belittling in any sort of way....I think he captured how someone who was working in the opposite building would see what happened....It's better then most of these "Tributes" and I'm glad he made it

There is now evidence to suggest that that celebration was staged. It's very likely that they were paid to do that by supporters of Usama bin Mohhamed bin Laden. Even if it wasn't staged, the supporters of this violence are only about 8% of the 13% Taliban in Afganistan.
