great art work as always... from a woman with a sword that seams ready kill in the most ease and calm of state... a business man that looks like he can handle a brawl.. a guy with a baseball bat that looks ready to smash in a skull or two... the woman with the umbrella is probably be the one i would worried the most... she looks hot to kill and i'm unsure what her roll would be in this gang

Great work! The background gives the impression that they are outside to me, but in reality it's just a few good color choices and simple shapes. May I ask how you usually decide what to do for the background? Is it planned at the start or improvised?
