Well, one big thing I think needs to be done, is for some music to be added. It seems a little slow without it. Or if you are going for the no music style, add a little more background noise or action. Also, add a replay button so it doesn't just keep replaying.
It was well done though. I liked the matrix style froze motion on the missile. Nice work.
Add more sound!
About halfway through the flash I noticed a drop-off in the sound. I think that if you added sound to the explosions towards the end, as well as the final shot where the blades are slowing down, your flash would make a better impact. Good job as is, but good luck if you decide to improve it!
