Cool style bad graphics

Sorry, but I just couldn't get over the NES/Genisis style graphics. But, at the same time it does give it a strong sense of style. But I really want to see what you can do with more complex graphics. Also, a bit more of a plot would be nice. There are plenty of good flashes with about as much plot as this, but it makes a flash deeper to know more about the characters. Why does the dude's girlfriend get kidnapped? Why does he care so much about her? Why doesn't he just grab her and run? Is it honor? Why does honor matter so much to him? Answer these questions and the flash becomes more meaningful.

as a mather fact, there issent a plot
this game normally starts, where the girl gets kidnapped, and then .....you are beginning on the street, kicking ass......

so yea, there wassen any story plot,...i just added some shizzle to make it better(i but i guess i made it worse)

i dunno, i wanted to show , how much i like playing DD i play it since i was 5 years old man, i am 15 now :P
and i play it so what ..everyday, and yea....flash become beamingfull, you can express things in it(btw my ENGLISH sucks, so please dont bug me :P)

Not too shabby!

Excellent use of the 8-bit style graphics and great sound effects! The story was a little confusing, however. If this is a series, however, I'm not familiar with it.

DD was one of the best beat em up next to RCR(river city ransom) , but i guess part 1 wassent as good as part 2

that was a pretty good sprite animation. have you made this into a series based off of DD? if you have, then i'll have to check it out.. but if you haven't, then you really should because this animation was quite nice. godo usage of the sprites, nice audio, cool action and it was pretty fun to watch. glad to see this one win an award too.

back then this would have won a daily feature, but my Preloader was fucked , so the thing it was, this whole flash started in the middle of the movie, and that Screwed my score, but i was too lazy too repost it xD, i'm doing fine with a Daily third.

It was...ok

cathy graphics and good sprite action, but no original plot and nothing really supreme. I'm not giving it a low Violence score because I think it wasnt violent enough, it's because the violence generally wasnt too well made, and the end scene blood was total crap and did not fit with the sprites.
