I still think about this animation, even after so long. It still holds up. I love the sketchy, naive style that apparently gets more sure of itself the more it goes on. I just wish I could watch it with music again.

still works as far as I can tell!!! really effective work, especially from 2006???!! it's really a spectacle of the style at the time while still holding up today! if i was high i probably would have started crying!! the characters, though silent, express personality and relationships between each other very well. just, wow.

Still as phenomenal as when I saw this way back in 2006. Something about the silent storytelling, how fitting the song is, and the animation style just all come together to tell a super interesting short story. Genuinely wish we had gotten more of this.
