Yes, this guy is tails (i don't know if he is written like this in the U.S., but in germany it is.) But he is from the second movie, and he was reeeeaaaally evil.
Back to my review: This movie was cool, a nice trailer of something i hope you come with, but it could need some soundeffects like screams and this sound it makes when they raise their aura.
