I had no idea Naruto was a pokemon! And i didn't know Pikachu knew the ML:SS system. Also, why is Peach gonna punish Mario and Luigi?

You'll see in the next episode. Naruto isn't a pokemon, he just appeared on Ash's side of the field. And Pikachu knew the ML system because it was ML styled. About the next episode, Peach would be challanged to a Xoulin Showdown.
