Darksquid, I see your point, but the aggressive and confrontational approach to Right-wing politics only equates to what the Republican party did with the entire Bush administration.
I see no flaw in this flash. It is humorous, it is "deep", completely anti-superficial, and I hope to see more of your work.
P.S., Darksquid, is it just me or were you using a thesaurus? That was long-winded for the sake of being long-winded.

too literal, but...
This may have been originally conceived of concomitantly with part one, but it definitely carries with it both a more political theme (although one that is implied in the first part) and a greater fantastical element. My basis for the latter assertion is that, despite the obvious shot at Halliburton as a literal monster in the first part, the second part represents Cheney as non-human, yet possessing superhuman powers that were only equaled (perhaps) by the gray goat due to divine intervention. This is not meant so much as a critique as it is an observation of the thematic shift taking place between parts one and two.
My main irk about the work as a whole is that your political agenda is too explicitly stated. Not only are Republicans in general, and Cheney in particular, represented as inhuman, controlling, evil beings, but it is implied both that God is against them and that "green power" will (or ought to) prevail in the end. Please do not misunderstand me, I am no fan of right-wing politics; it is just that I thought the message would have been better conveyed if it were not presented in such a blatantly confrontational fashion.
On a more positive note, I am quite a fan of your style of animating, especially regarding the goat movement sequences. For a while there I thought you were going to break out into a DBZ episode, but you brought it back, which makes the reference delightfully campy rather than ridiculous. You definitely have a flair for the dramatic as well. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Finally, my apologies for the longwinded review that many people will not have the patience for. If I sound supercillious, this is not intentional, but rather the product of mountains of academic journal articles I am currently plodding through in the process of writing term papers.
