yes this game is so freakin cool. the man is right...fast is all 'bout reaction time. which is fun. and then slow is almost as hard and it just like navigating a puzzle. haha sweet.

I really enjoyed this game, it was simple and fun. The gameplay was very smooth and the clipping plane was really tight on everything so you could really cut it close.
The music was a bit repetetive but it wasa good track so not bad there.
One inovation that might be fun is would be to take the game and alter it slightly as an agility game. Add code to calculate the distance of a line between two ateroids, then allocate points when the ship crosses that line based on how short it is.
Anyway, just a suggestion, fun stuff really.

Just letting you know, that it's a good game, I like it, and I see the work behind it. To anyone who says it's just 1-minute-fun and boring, well... writing the goddamned rewiev must have taken a minute too...

The music goes great with the game and its very challenging, I was going to give it an 8 but paragon x9 is the shit. =D
Please PLEASE make a #2 of this with achievements, a campaign, editable free play mode, more paragon x9, more asteroid types (like health drain, speed dampener, hyper speed, instant death, and others), also some jems and gold that you can buy stuff with like music, ship decorations, and other useless collector items, and an extreme mode that is a fast maze that you must do perfectly in nanoseconds if you hope to survive.
