Good art
You did a pretty good job imitating Naruto's characters and scenery - if you didn't take thee art from an official site or anything, it's even more impressive. Unfortunately, the plot and action were disappointing - I do hope you make a longer version, though. It is a fairly close imitation of the real art on the show, and that really adds to its potential (in the future) as a parody...
The voice acting hurt it a lot.
The animation wasn't too bad. Could have been much smoother. However, the voices for this piece hurt my ears. Sorry, it was just too shrill and high pitched. There was very little plot if any, however that's understandable for a short project. The humor was too immature for my tastes, but I understand some people like that. Good luck in the future.
With the voices we were making fun of American dubs of anime >.> That was kinda the point xD There wasn't really a plot because it's just the first scene of the final product we were going to make later on.
