For reference, Bruce Lee is considerably faster than Chuck Norris. His style is derived from Tang soo do, mixed with a few other styles. Bruce Lee is far faster than Tang soo do practitioners.
And, btw, it's fairly easy to block groin shots without your hands by interposing your thigh. In other words, Chuck would not have landed all those Groin shots.
