this is ok and its better than some of the same type of stuff ive seen before but you should be able to rotate and spin parts

A good scene creator...
This is a better scene creator than most but...what i hate about it all your charcs. are faceing to the right u should have the same people face towards the left too.

You need more charecters like shadow
I like this scene creator. It is a Sonic 3 and Knuckles creator, but it needs like more zones, maybe a Death Egg and Launch Base, and more sprites.
