Great spritework.
Pros:
Great custom sprites, The animations were extremely various but also very clever. I loved the breakdancing sprite and the Uber kids' beady little dead eyes. Great length!
Cons:
Unfortunatley sprites do have a lot of limitations, and many of the hand-to-hand fights felt repetitive after a while.
Overall good job, I see no reason why this wouldn't make it into the top ten.
Great Sprite animation for Pico Day!
This was a very good sprite animation for Pico day, and you should be proud of yourself. The sprites were very well done, but Pico usually had the same blank stare for a while. The battle scenes were good, but not intense or making something new. The preloader game was pretty fun, but I only found it good for waiting with the preloader. There wasn't really anything that made me laugh out loud, but I still enjoyed it. Overall: Great Sprite animation for Pico Day, but still has room for improvement.

Nice job, sprites were pretty good (even though the way Monster Cassandra looked while walking sorta looked weird), good choice of music, and I liked the hidden movie.
On a side note; while watching the movie, my eye caught something in the main window that made me laugh - I got your 1337th vote. XD

I wonder if Pico Day is like Clock Day? You know, with everyone voting 5 on everything. Then again, this rating isn't that high. I honestly think this was too long. It was hard to get used to this pixellation style. It's still a good cartoon.
It's amazing how much you can do with Pico. Well, maybe it's more the style in which he's drawn. Or I guess not drawn in this case. The atmosphere was great. I didn't know you looked like that.
