in newgrounds u dont need 2 ask permission 2 alter a song, plus on super mario 64 when bowser is on his last leg er so 2 speak the music DOES speed up considerably so technically its an entire new song.

ive even downloaded this and put it on my ipod, THIS IS THE BEST EVER btw, some guy took ur music and sped it up to create his own version, now im not sure about this,but i think u can take legal action against this person, but according to the newground audio portal rules if you alter, transform, or build upon this music, you may distibute the resulting creation only under a license identical to this one. to tell u the truth. im not sure what that means, but i live with a lawyer, so i know that he should've gotten ur permission before he altered it. so what im saying his, he altered ur music without permission, and u can bust his pretty little as*. once again, best ever. ROCK ON.
