A quite entertaining short story as the beginning of the famous Pico series. Although it is basically comedy, this film is still so fulfilling and amusing and demonstrates a fine story moral: causing harm is always going to affect the person that started it.
8 out of 10, kept my interest throughout the animation, albeit it ought to be a little longer. My personal favourite from the series.
