I would suggest making the right mouse button the way to change the direction of the line. That way, the game can be played entirely using the mouse.
Decent game, though obviously one I have seen before.
Entertaining for awhile.

Yeah, I've seen this one before too on a Macintosh Performa 550. That's kinda close to first generation color Mac, so this is a pretty old game. Game was well done, but got old fast. No power-ups + no way to win the entire game = boredom after 6 or so levels.
How? Why?
How is it that an old classic game like jezzball came up on newgrounds? What's next? Centipede? Asteroids? I love the game and I'm sorta happy to see it again but you can't expect high marks for a duplication of a classic game.

Surely you realize that this game came included on a lot of PCs. In a better version too. I don't know if you were trying to improve on the original or what, but I didn't notice any differences.
Nice game, very solid
But I noticed a bug. On the third level (the one with 5 balls) if youre filling in one row at a time (not filling up a space, just stretching a row) it doesnt count towards the percent filled. I filled about 90% of the screen and it didnt let me move on until I had filled in a space. I dont know if it does this on all the levels, but thats the one I noticed it one. ^_^
