Fantastic concept! Never crossed my mind to have a HUD in a sniper's hood (assuming that he is indeed a sniper). Great idea, would imagine the HUD would work like Iron Man's HUD so you can still see everything and would probably help identify far away targets. Also display distance to target, wind speed, ect. I'm unassuming that that tube thing coming from the neck would be for a breathing apparatus. Could be used for sand storms, high altitude (mountains), and even possibly under water.
