Pretty good.
It gets kind of repetitive, but you added a few things here and there to still keep it interesting. 1:15 is when it gets real awesome. I think the crash at the end makes the whole song worth it though. :P

Liked the beat, liked the bassline and liked the atmosphere. It seems to suffer from a stationary hook complex, but I guess the changes in sounds and in the beat keep that from being too big an issue.
