At first, I wasn't too impressed with this art piece, but it's actually a lot better than you would think! It reminds you of how some submissions do not have a background. The site itself is the background. It was genius to show a character who was actually being devoured by the site itself! I guess the site is supposed to be some black tar or gooey substance. Pico actually looks more like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
It's nice to see the little indents that go outside his body. It gives it a really three dimensional appearance. I'm glad there isn't an option to view this in full screen because that would take away the purpose. It seems like it was featured for Halloween, but wasn't submitted at the time. I can recognize your style now!
