I'm very confused here, what has happened? Did Kipp close down WoW?

Now, sence this technically is suposed to be a review... I'll give my full review of WoW, I only ever played 2 though, but I know it runs over the same server.
Ahh... What can I say about WoW2?
It was the best 3 some odd years of my life.
I made so many friends,
So many enemies,
There were so many arguments,
In fact, in the late lifespan of this game, the community slowly went downhill.
Though, this game still had a charm to it. Just the feeling of being able to make new friends, and also to talk to friends you already have.
Though it wasn't all shits and daisies. There were many problems that WoW overcame. Such as when Dart27 haced it, and erased half of it... I thought WoW would have just shut down and went in the dust. But no, it overcame the hardships, and continued to rule as my favorite hobby of all time. Also, the community had a turn for the worse, it seemed to sprout a lot of harrassment and spammers... but luckily, alot of this was taked care of. Such as Siarnaq, he was banned.
Justice was not always served, though. People esily bullshitted their ways around the rules and made the game annoing and un fun. Even as a mod, I couldn't ban someone for pushing my buttons, or be exessivly annoying. (For example: "NO U" "NO U" "NO U") Jesus christ, that wasn't funny.
Anyway, I REALLY hope this game comes back into buisness, I'd officially have absolutley nothing to do ever over the internet.
