This is gorgeous but I have a stupid question... since there's no oxygen in space could you really fire a bullet ?

You technically could, since gunpowder contains oxygen and bullets are tightly sealed, but she's going to be using it in the thing they're boarding so she should be fine.
All this piece if missing is Spike and the Bebop flying by, hahaha.
You should make some animation with that style of drawing
