At first glance, I'd give it an 8 but a second....
It's not as good as i thought the first time seeing it. the graphics were good, and style...i've seen it before somewhere, but when it came to plot, there was none, title was eluding, and the fight scenes were repetitive. the black and white were interesting but about 10 secs after u realize that it's the same over and over, and for the part where the Rambo/Ranma lookin guy is staring off into space (ok i know he's looking at the masked ninja) it's a full damn six blinks he does....u have any idea how unnecessarily freakin' long that useless point is?
Extend, work on plot, and shorten the small details and don't repeat.

that was a pretty cool ninja animation. a little bit short, but it was still pretty cool to watch and i really like the graphics in this one.

Greenintern covered most of what I've to say..
As with Green, I took think it was just a bit drawn out in some areas, but was overall a fairly short movie. The rain, while I miseed if there were clouds or not- could have been a better sound for the rain. It seemed a very low quality file that someone just turned the volume up on. I definately agree with Green in the establishing shots area- movies like this typicaly worry me when you only know what's going on at the very moment, rather then have a little idea of what lead up to it, or even just showing the step 1 (two people meeting, go at it) rather than starting out at two people, starting to go at it.
Overall you did a prety good job, but a few areas could have been better.
The graphics were pretty good, but not as detailed as I'd hoped for a movie like this. The background was particularly done well.
Meh
You linger too long on some shots, and skimp on others. The characters have little relation to each other, and generally are just staring off into the distance. Also: Rain? I didn't see a single cloud in the sky.
You really need some better establishing shots if you are going to be making a cinematic movie like this.
