Entertaining and smoothly put together
I really liked it. What's up with that power he used on Richter though? Normally Richter's the one who jumps up and floats in the middle of the screen, flodding the area with overpowered instakill attacks. Seems gay that X was losing then he randomly pulled Richter's own kind of power to win.
Still, I liked all the other fights, the special move dynamics were fun, like hot vs. cold, reflected/deflected attacks, all that stuff. X dodging the missile barrage wasn't anywhere near as cool as that sea of harpoons in MKvSF2, heheh.

Megaman returns...again
This was a good Megaman flash, but not exactly revolutionary. I thought the way you used megaman's upgrades was clever and you did good work with the animations, but the sound was below average (especially those sounds with Fox McCloud). Overall, a pretty solid package, but nothing amazing.
I have on thing to say/
If this were a game Megaman would be the godmode hacker.
One thing that made me mad was that megaman had been hit alot more than he hit the others. Yet he still ended up destroying them. you should try to make it look like he is at least wounded. mcloud died to easy too it was like you basicly put him in there for comedy thats why I gave you a 5 on humor.
Very good, but...
Might I make a few sugestions?
1:Try useing Megaman's blaster a little less freguently as it seems a bit repetative.
2:Try alternating between special abilities instead of useing just one per fight. That would add a bit mor viriety to the fights.
3:... Um... I guess that's it...
Otherwise, a very good siries you have going. Good luck with your feuter(SP?) projects.
