Ugly animation, boring story, awful voices.
The title screen was stylish. But there was no need for it at all. Except for the irony that the whole film is shorter then it.

This made no sense. The title barely linked with the animation, and even then through some appalling joke. Why is there a race? What is going on?

Maybe you should add a " skip intro " button. Not much was too funny about it. I remember the racing game that you might be talking about. It was fun.
But what was the point of the race? What did he win? Who was the antagonist?
All semi-important questions that would make it more of a story...unless you just wanted to make a silly flash for a quick laugh.
