It was... OK.
I liked it, but like some others said; The Sasuke and Gaara fight was exceedingly off kilter.
Over all the rest of the fights were fairly mediocre; I found Sarutobi(3rd Hokage) vs Naruto match quite... Intresting... in fact. Bwahahaha. Orioke no Jutsu is ALWAYS awesome. The Extra fight was rather weird.
S vs G rant:
Not even COUNTING the fact of Gaara's Tanuki Demon, the sand ALONE would have blocked 90% of Sasuke's attacks. That is, until Sasuke uses Chidori, Which probbably STILL wouldn't kill Gaara; who could use Sand Coffin/Graveyard in a flash.

All in all? I found it as something to watch when bored and surfing the net. I really can't give it anything lower than a 7 since the part two is neat.

It was pretty good, with the exception of the Gaara vs. Sasuke fight.
Gaara's passive trait is his sand shield, meaning he doesn't have to do anything and it automatically protects him. During this flash it... wasn't really used, which really goes against the anime. :\
Regardless, the "animation" (if we can call plopping some already-drawn sprites and anime music on to Flash... animation) was pretty decent. You get a 0 as an animator because its sprite work, but in terms of entertainment - the most important part - you get a 9.
