In all truthfullness...I had really hoped for better.
I found the title to be misleading, as it implies that X will be fighting something, not Megaman fighting an X clone.
Also, it seems you focused more on the introduction then on the movie itself. It moved to fast, and the fight was not realistic for Megaman or X's universe.
Next time, try mixing in some elements of both. Like Protoman and Zero, or Bass and Sigma...just something to spice up the action.
That's because it isn't Megaman's Universe, it is ours. As for te fast pace, if it would have been slow people would have said it was too slow. You can't win mate so we decided to keep it quick since most people prefer that.

Nicely done, but..
Its plain to see the amount of effort that went into the choreography of the fight sequence, but the frames per second seemed too low.. or perhaps you didnt use as many frames, etc, but it ruins alot of the effects you've put in such as 'blurring'.
One other thing that stood out was at the end. The footstep-marching theme could have been syncronised with the footsteps of the sprites if you slowed them down a bit.
Other than that, great work

The flash was good... BUT, I don't know if you read it, but there's a 5MB size limit. At least last time I looked.
There is, Tom was fine about it though.

the name of your production studio sums it up, Bad Flash. The good parts were the graphics and great sound but what was kind of dumb was it seemed like you cut corners. it seems it was harder for megaman to beat his old self from megaman 1-8 than it was for him to beat megaman X. this was shorter than the last one and i think you shortened from the other sprites in this one but i loved the graphics and sound so i voted a 3
