I like this game.
A bit hard thought.... Good graphics and all that. I think this game would go in frontpage.
A lot of potential
This RPG has a lot of potential, and I'll be waiting to see next chapters. Excellent graphics for an rpg, very smooth and detailed. It was not slow at all, battles were not every step we do neither every 1Km, just perfect. Some negative points to make this review useful =) :
-We saw it all already, give us a "never seen before" command or something
-As stated before a full menu will be welcomed (stats and all)
-The defence mode seemed to be pretty useless because it's just better to deal 50 damage and receiving 10 than doing 0 and receiving 5 (you see what I mean right ?)
-Difficulty a bit too raised but you explained that already
Basicly that's all I can find at the moment. Good continuation !

-for the (never seen before):well its our first time programming so we started by doing the conventionnal stuff to get use to doing it
in the next chapters we will be exploring many ideas i hope you will find some of them good
-as for the defence it was made in prevision of chapter 3 in wich you got to control 2 characters and also to raise your level quickly. let me explain:
lets say you are at level 4 and wanna get fast to level 5 you can enter in a battle with snow birds wich calls other snow birds once in a while,you kill all except one then you select defense
so that, if it doesnt call another one, you wont get hurt as much
when i enter one of those battle i just wait for them to call more to get more exp at the end of battle(i understand that its useless for now except if u do that) :)

i got the bug too. it worked fine getting to the bell. but once i got straight to the lever it didnt work

If you didn't talk to the captain after ringing the bell it's normal. You have to go talk back to the captain once you rang the bell. Did you do that?
cool game
I got really into playing the game but like the previous guy said I can't pull the lever so i'm stuck on the island. I never died either but otherwise it's a cool game, wish i could get to chapter 2.
